Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:

- The item was lost during the cleaning or delivery process.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- The item was damaged due to natural wear and tear or regular wear.
- You did not specify special washing instructions when placing your order and the item was damaged as a result.
- The damage was caused by improper washing at home after receiving the items.
How to make a return:
- You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 24 hours of receiving your order.
