At Tala Clean, we are committed to delivering top-quality laundry and cleaning services to our customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We also believe in transparent policies that protect our customers’ rights, in alignment with Saudi Consumer Protection regulations.
1. Refund Policy
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
- If the service was not provided within the agreed timeframe without justification.
- If the order is canceled before service execution begins.
- If there is a clear fault or issue in the service provided (such as damage, loss, or non-compliance with requested specifications), subject to internal review.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order free of charge if the request is made before the service starts.
- If cancellation occurs after service commencement or after our team arrives at your location, partial fees may be charged based on the work already performed.
3. Re-service or Compensation Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with the results, you may request a free re-service within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of damage or loss, compensation will be offered based on a technical assessment and will not exceed the market value of the affected item.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or re-service requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the complaint is submitted more than 24 hours after service delivery.
- If the item had visible pre-existing damage or is not suitable for cleaning, and this was previously explained to the customer.
- If the issue occurred due to misuse or poor storage after delivery.
