We also believe in transparent policies that protect our customers\u2019 rights, in alignment with Saudi Consumer Protection regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You are entitled to a <strong>full refund<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the service was not provided within the agreed timeframe without justification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the order is canceled <strong>before service execution begins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is a <strong>clear fault or issue in the service provided<\/strong> (such as damage, loss, or non-compliance with requested specifications), subject to internal review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed within <strong>7 business days<\/strong> via the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Order Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may cancel your order <strong>free of charge<\/strong> if the request is made <strong>before the service starts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If cancellation occurs after service commencement or after our team arrives at your location, <strong>partial fees<\/strong> may be charged based on the work already performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Re-service or Compensation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are unsatisfied with the results, you may request a <strong>free re-service<\/strong> within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of <strong>damage or loss<\/strong>, compensation will be offered based on a technical assessment and <strong>will not exceed the market value<\/strong> of the affected item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exceptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds or re-service requests will not be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the complaint is submitted more than <strong>24 hours<\/strong> after service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the item had <strong>visible pre-existing damage or is not suitable for cleaning<\/strong>, and this was previously explained to the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the issue occurred due to <strong>misuse or poor storage<\/strong> after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
